Certified in Reiki and trained in shamanic practices, she offers grounded, compassionate support during times of transition. Pat brings over five decades of professional experience to the team, having spent 51 years as a court reporter before retiring from the legal field. Joe spent much of his career in the United States Postal Service, where reliability, organization, and customer service weren’t optional, they were the standard. That background shows. He’s punctual, detail-oriented, and understands how to keep things moving smoothly even when a sale gets busy.

In addition to his postal career, Joe owned and operated a local bagel shop, sharpening his entrepreneurial instincts and people skills. Running a storefront taught him how to read a room, connect with customers, and create an experience that keeps people coming back.
